We are all moved into the new office at 350 W. Montezuma, Suite A, with our own entrance on the east
side. A big thanks to Denise Unrein, Gerry and Ralph Parker, Bob Toles, Carol Click, Kenny Brengle, Dawn
and Bill Utrup and our two day labor guys.
As you all know, Denise will be taking over the duties that DAAR has been providing us for the past few
years. Things are running smoothly and you will be getting notification soon as to billing and such. The
Board Office will be accepting Credit Cards payments; there will be an online payment site at the bottomleft of your emailed invoice. She will receive a full day of MLS training on February 4, and the new website should be up and running by the 1st of February.
There will not be another MLS tour until January 29, 2014. Tour areas will include Cortez, SW, NW 1&2.
The 22nd was cancelled due to our education classes that week, so be sure to get your listings in Paragon for tour.
A CREN Board meeting will be held on January 28th in Durango with Brenda Bates, Bonnie Leighton, and Denise Unrein attending.
The first Quarterly Broker Forum in 2014 should take place the first part of February. The first meeting
will include the topic of “Area Changes”. If you have any membership issues, please let your Broker
know. Bob Toles will be scheduling the first meeting and will let you know when that will take place.
Denise Unrein received one of four scholarships from CAR to attend the AE Institute and she will be
going there in March. Gerry Parker, Leila Hanson, Carol Click, and Denise Unrein will be attending the
Spring CAR business meetings in Vail in April.
The first quarterly luncheon of the year will be held on the third Thursday in February. The topic is still
undecided; Radon or 2014 Changes to the Home Financing Process. If you have a preference or a
