The Broker Forum was well attended and another one will be held on June 12th.
. The topic of “Area Changes” was hit upon briefly. Brenda Bates will be sending out results from the survey and changes that she thinks might be appropriate for your consideration.
The Ethics Reconciliation as almost complete and everyone is currently in compliance. A representative
from DORA will be here sometime next month. Myself and Carol Click will be doing a New Member
Orientation and all membership will be invited.
Denise took over the duties that DAAR has been providing us for the past few years on February 1st.
Things seem to be running smoothly as far as billing is concerned. If you have any questions or concerns
please call Denise at 565-0112. The Board Office is accepting Credit Cards payments; there is an online
payment site at the bottom left of your emailed invoice.

still working on a few details, so if you have any suggestions contact Brenda Bates or Denise Unrein. The
Four Corners Board of Realtors has also purchased the rights to fourcornersboard.net and .org.
The first Quarterly Luncheon of the year was held on February 20th at Shiloh’s. Thirty-nine people
attended! A big thanks to Marty Robbins and Doug Pickering of the Division of Water Resources and
Robert Lindvall from the City of Cortez who put on a nice presentation and answered a lot of questions.
The Board of Directors approved a CARHOF Grant application submitted by The Pinon Project for up to
$2500.00. They are a great organization and hopefully they will receive these funds.
We toured the meeting facility at C.A.R.E. (FCBOR affiliate) out in the industrial park. It is a very nice
meeting space and free for any of our members to use. Just call Donna at 564-0800 to schedule.
